Omega Speedmaster 57 Series

Omega have yet again completely "retro" her classic model, and this time is the Speedmaster '57. This model keeps all the classic features, yet injects some newer elements to itself, aiming to pay tribute to this legendary model.

The tachometer scale on the matte bezel, extending from the case to the lugs, classic strap design, broad arrow pointer, these are all the classic elements of the famous 57' Speedmaster, and of course the watch keeps all of them. They also change the three small chronographs into two small sub-dial; a small seconds at 9 o'clock, 3 o'clock position displays the 12-hour and 60-minute counters, whereas 6 o'clock position is the date display. Black dial with beige marks gives the total retro feel. Built in the in-house Omega coaxial 9300 movement, reproduces this classic yet again.

Montrez do like this watch. Not only the watch is George Clooney's choice, but it just looks good. Sometimes when you purchase a watch you will want the latest model but yet want the vintage look, and this model does exactly that. The watch comes in either leather strap or steel bracelet, and both of them do actually look as good. The beige color hour marks is a hit as well. This year we have seen a lot of brands using this hour marks color and Omega use it really well. A good solid watch from Omega.
