The long-awaited Olympic Games in Rio will be held in Brazil in 2016, when the world's top athletes will gather in Brazil. To celebrate this sporting event and maintaining her standards, Omega launched a new timepiece, inspired by the glory of victory, unity and strength.

In a special event held in Rio, Omega Seamaster Bullhead Chronograph Edition Rio 2016 special design and style make people fully aware of the combination of watches and Olympic spirit. Where the blue engraved leather strap is inspired by the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, the respectively yellow, green, red and black stitching, subtly reminiscent of the typical Olympic five rings. The five-theme color matching is also extended to 60 minutes rotating bezel, a perfect interpretation of the Olympic rings symbolizing the spirit of unity and harmony.

Omega Seamaster Bullhead Chronograph Edition Rio 2016 is a limited edition of only 316 pieces. The "316" figure is to commemorate golf "3"th times to become an Olympic event and "16" represents 2016.
