The IWC Portofino series has always been known for minimal design, this year the series is added a new member again, IW5162 Hand-Wound Day & Date will show integration between the date and day display, equipped with the newly developed IWC 59220 in-house movement, this timeless Portofino demonstrates the element of forever elegance.
Although IW5162 Hand-Wound Day & Date has many functions, but it still retains inherit the elegance and understated appearance of the Portofino Family. Below the Roman numeral "12" is the big date window, and is displayed between the two coordinated disc. 3 o'clock position is the week display, and is linked with the date disc. Small seconds at 6 o'clock, and the red "60" adding layers of changes to the seconds disc. 9 o'clock position is the 8 days power reserve display, and will come to red to remind you that the watch needs winding. Of course there is the famous Italian shoe manufacturer Santoni manufactures exclusive leather straps for IWC as well.
